The Direct to Investor program is a way for bank and other corporate owners to list
their properties directly and exclusively on this site.
With Direct to Investor, you may bid on bank and other corporate owned properties directly,
with the following special rules:

No Selling Agent commission will be paid

Properties will not be listed in the MLS

All offers must be submitted by the date/time indicated for the listing.

No contingencies are allowed

If a property is in eviction status it means the property is still occupied. Do not attempt to enter the property or access the premises. If you do, you are doing so at your own risk.

All offers must be within the acceptable ranges.

Closing must occur within 15 days of contract acceptance date.

Earnest money deposit: properties over $50,000 require a $1,000
deposit. Earnest money is to be paid in certified funds and will
be due immediately upon acceptance.

All signed docs must be received in original format within 24 hours of conveyance of acceptance of your offer.

Seller will provide buyer with clear title and pay property taxes current to the date of close.
