Jennifer Wilmoth

Solutions Network's founder is Jennifer Wilmoth, an Indiana Real Estate Broker with over 8 years of experience working with REO properties in the marketing and management She is a leader in the REO industry and in the last ten years has become an REO transactions expert in contracts, closings, timelines, reporting, bank language, real estate regulations and disclosures. In addition, Jennifer has more than ten years of prior work experience in the banking industry with two major institutions managing compliance issues.

Joel Wilmoth

Joel is a licensed real estate broker, a Certified REO Specialist (CREO) and a member of the National Real Estate Broker’s Association (NRBA) and REOMAC. He is the founder of the largest REO management and marketing company in Indiana where he oversees Marketing, Sales, Finance and Systems. The Wilmoth Group was founded in 1994 and began working with investors and foreclosures in 1996. In addition to starting four different successful businesses, Joel has over ten years of experience in the commercial banking industry as a commercial lender.

Mike Staller

Mike is a Indiana licensed real estate salesperson with three years of experience in the default industry with Solutions Network and its affiliated companies. As Operations Manager, Mike's primary responsibility is managing the broker network, investor relations, and day-to-day functions. He is also involved in all oversight, compliance, documentation issues, and contracts and closings.
